The purpose of the policy in the field of quality:
to keep leading positions in Russian market and to win steady niches in the international market of chemicals and medicinal substations.
Tasks of the enterprise in the field of quality:
- To distribute the concept «quality» to all kinds of activity of JSC« Karpov Chemical Plant » : to carry out the management
of processes at the enterprise on the basis of the documentary procedures.
- To consider the quality of production not as end in itself, but as base for economic stability of the enterprise.
- To conquer the new markets of selling by delivery of competitive production.
- To develop and to support the long-term friendly relations with the suppliers.
- To carry out the development of new kinds of production on the basis of the analysis of the perspective markets and acute inquiries.
- To improve the technology of manufacturing with the use of Russian and foreign science achievements.
The basic means of realization of the policy in the field of quality in 2006ćīäó:
- Continuous perfection of the system of management of quality adequate to international standard ISO 9001:2000
- Training of the staff of all levels to methods of quality management.
- Participation of the staff in work on perfection of the system of quality management.
- Expansion of capacities and rational use.
- Constant study of the market, taking into consideration the inquiries of the consumers.
The governing body of «Karpov Chemical Plant » incurs the obligations and bears responsibility
for realization of the policy in the field of quality and accepts all necessary measures to quarantee an adequate
comprehension of the staff e, including:
- Maintenance at the enterprise of positive psychological climate, promoting the decision
of the problem of quality management on the basis of qualification, experience, initiative and comprehension of the purposes
of the enterprise by each member of the staff .
- Increase of production efficiency and creation of favorable working conditions.
